Sky train à Vientiane: Le Train aérien à Vientiane: La signature d’un mémorandum d’entente (MOU) portant sur le projet de construction
d’un Sky Train (métro aérien) à Vientiane, a eu lieu récemment dans la capitale laotienne, entre M. Phetsamone Vilaphanh, chef adjoint du département du plan et de coopération du ministère des
Travaux publics et des Transports, et M. Adrew Khor Poh kiang, représentant du groupe d’entreprises japonaises Flagship Maglev (FSG) auprès de l’Asie du sud-est, en présence de M. Sithong
Thonkèo, vice-ministre dudit Ministère, et de M. Bounchanh Sinlavong, adjoint au maire de Vientiane, a fait savoir le quotidien laotien sur les affaires. Selon le contrat BOT (construction,
opération et transfert), FSG investira 100% dans la concession de ce projet. On a prévu une prospection du lieu de construction de 6 à 12 mois, un chantier de 4 ans et la mise en service
