Louis BORLOO as a big contribution to further strengthening the friendly relation and co-operation between Laos and France. Mr. J. Louis BORLOO was also warmly received by Ms. Khempheng PHOLSENA, Minister to the Prime Minister's Office and Chairman of the Water Resource and Environment Agency. Mr. Jean Louis BORLOO on 1 November visited the Nam Theun II Hydropower Construction project jointly funded by the French Electric Company. The main objective of Mr. J.
